Government of Bihar invites online application form for Post Matric Scholarship (PMS) for BC & EBC category and SC & ST category Students for the academic year 2022-23 through PMS Online portal pmsonline.bih.nic.in. Mukhyamantri BC and EBC post matric scholarship scheme 2023 under academic session 2022-23 will be started from 12th June 2023 to the application last date 31st July 2023 through PMS portal pmsonline.bih.nic.in and Mobile App.

There is no any application fee required for Post Matric Scholarship application form.
Must be a permanent resident of Bihar state. Bihar Board 1st Division Matric Scholarship 2023
The caste of the applicant should be under backward class (BC) or extremely backward class (EBC).
Backward class (BC) and extremely backward class (EBC) students whose annual income of parent/ guardian including own income does not exceed Rs.3,00,000/- only, will be eligible for scholarship under this scheme. The applicant should be studying in post-admission courses in government institutions / recognized non-government institutions located within the state.
